I've also started implementing custom icons into my classes, and I can't go back! Not only does it spice up the editor, but it makes it evident you have scripts associated properly!

these were pretty fun to do, had to do some funny material work to make them look like high quality physical props and not just flat game models

So Unity recently decided that the tiny startup I dayjob for needed to upgrade to Industry at 5k/year/seat. We had no chance to contest it because they would have killed our only product. They even threatened people we worked with in the past with the same.

I don't think Elden Ring needs an easy mode, but I do think it's fine to enjoy single players games the way you want. Not sure where that puts me
It's almost cathartic how little followers they get and how easy it is to block them. I'm not even from the US it's nice to be able to scrub the feed to things I enjoy.
Art is like "wanna do stuff I like only, but this looks eww since I haven't learnt how to draw" but then practicing stuff is like "this is boring I wanna draw stuff I like" ad infinitum

Darktide just nails the aesthetics, feel and combat so much better. Space Marine was great but it's definitely from the 360 days in terms of gameplay approach.
