CQ NEWS Democrats flag sticking points in ACA subsidy extension talks Senators angling for a deal to extend enhanced Affordable Care Act premium tax credits that expired in December are racing to align on two issues in what appears to be a last-ditch effort.

The bipartisan Senate group is still hoping to find a compromise on the expired ACA subsidies during meetings this week. But at least two issues proposed by Moreno are sticking points for Democrats.
