Yeah people are primed to think devs are trying to rip them off (and for good reason) but Strive has been pretty "honest" with how it has been priced. And like you said : frequent sales (buy GGXXACPR for you and your friends at 2-3€)
That big bundle has just been updated each season with the base game going down to 40€ at some point.
Probably a "base game + all dlc released so far + upcoming season pass" bundle.
If you already have the game, you'll get the update for 2.0 for free (don't know if that includes a character) and they'll release another season pass along with it at the regular price (was it 25 or 30 buckaroos?)
