Half His Age by Jennette McCurdy was so disappointing ugh I wanted to love it so bad😭I think maybe I would’ve liked it a little more if I hadn’t already read My Dark Vanessa which tells a similar story but so much better. I loved her memoir though and I do hope she keeps writing

No words to describe the feelings of betrayal that hit me whenever I see a Latino ICE agent. It never shocks me because things like this have been a problem in our community for a very long time, but it still feels like a gut punch.
