*Roots of Soledad* is a new GM-less roleplaying game by my friend @matthijs1000.bsky.social. Its innovative mechanics for reincorporation and structuring play solves the issues I’ve had with most GM-less systems. Spiritually related to *Itras by* and *Archipelago*.

After Barbabianca, we're gearing up for another project: The Roots of Soledad, a magical realism #ttrpg by Matthijs Holter. As fans of Archipelago and Society of Dreamers as much as A Hundred Years of Solitude, it's a privilege for us to do our part in developing this game.
OMG so great to read a playthrough of the Hex mode! I've been giddy to see what people do with it.
the Chinese audience is around the same size as the US one. The Italian and French translations are completely done too, I believe, and they're being sold and marketed by their own teams. (I talk to the Italian team, Nessundove, a lot. they're awesome)

Oh wow I get the warm fuzziest reading this! Barbabianca is kind of a test: we've done well with catchier subjects, but now we want to put that weight behind a story that's more personal and closer to home (literally, haha)
Pins are something weird we discovered we really enjoy making. Chiara is obsessed with them. Maria likes the design challenge of a limited palette. And they're a nice piece of campaign memorabilia. This one makes for a weird set with the Our Queen Crumbles design, just like the game boxes will.
