I'm a writer and researcher at the intersection of digital platforms, politics, cultural studies and critical theory. Currently based at SOAS. My most recent work is on Andrew Tate, Tiktok, and reactionary children
Seems similar on here as on Twitter in the earlier years. But I hope we can learn our lesson from what happened to Twitter. What made it useful and fun for us was precisely what made it a source of value for the worst aspects of capital: our communication and affects centralised and stored.
