We're in court today asking a judge to block a new Kansas law that invalidates the IDs of transgender people and allows anyone to sue a person they suspect of being trans for using public restrooms.
This law has been wreaking havoc on trans people and we're demanding an immediate end to it.

Politicians have no right getting in the way of trans people's freedom to be ourselves and live our lives with dignity.
The Trump administration spends an unusual amount of time focused on bathrooms. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has now said federal agencies may bar employees from using the restroom that aligns with their gender identity.

BREAKING: We're suing Kansas for a law that invalidates transgender people's updated driver's licenses and authorizes anyone to sue anyone they suspect of being trans for using the "wrong" bathroom.
