here u go! i just swapped the 1st tbsp of olive oil -> sesame oil and the 3 tbsp for the pan -> 1 tbsp sesame / 2 tbsp neutral oil. then toss ur scallions with garlic chili oil and throw as much as extra chili + sesame oil you feel like on top
it's good just by itself!! but i think it would also be really tasty as a sandwich bread... with crispy pork belly, or lap cheong, or beef shank and cilantro if u dont got the soap gene mayhaps
now that i think about it it's basically just a da bing but softer and crispier... would go crazy as a sandwich bread with beef shank or pork belly methinks........
