Todayβs teacher day began by reflecting on the best CPD weβve ever had. For me @NATREupdate Strictly RE came straight to mind. Excited to have some of the best CPD again at this yearβs conference. I love that it is delivered by classroom teachers and the takeaways are fab.

So many lovely things to see when you make the effort to walk into town: a muntjac deer going for a paddle in the River Welland.
So sorry for your loss, thinking of you and all Dawnβs family and friends.
Sorry to hear this, sending best wishes for a speedy recovery.
You are so welcome πxxx
A lovely muddy and breezy walk at Wistow.
Thank you so much to whoever left these daffodils of kindness on a bench in Market Harborough. Brighter days are coming! @saimasaleh.bsky.social Iβm sharing these with you.
International Day of Women and Girls in Science
A good day to watch Hidden Figures.
Noticed these on my walk yesterday. Love the beauty in their fragile appearance, but the strength they must have in holding their shape in the winter.
A sunny Sunday afternoon stroll along the canal spotting one of the resident kingfishers.
This is terrible news. Having been on family history and then transferred to the national screening at 50, my consultant is concerned that my breast cancer developed after discharge from and before national screening started. Pleased that I had the courage to check it out and catch it when I did.
Love that the snowdrops are beginning to appear in the garden.
A lovely last evening of the school holiday spent in Pantoland watching Sleeping Beauty with colleagues and children from school at the Little Theatre, Leicester . A great show π
Love a Lego project. Great to spend some time constructing this.
Always so lovely to put up our school tree as part of the Christmas Tree Festival at St Maryβs Church in Knighton. This year we decorated our tree to celebrate the many languages spoken in our school. If youβre in Leicester do visit the festival this weekend if you can.
What a lovely gesture from a work friend.
Love an autumnal wander: Ferym woods. Intrigued by all the different shaped tree trunks.
#REchatUK will continue on twitter for now. We hope those of you who still have an account will join Molly and Shabnam for the September discussion about Dharmic Traditions

Lovely to be at Launde Abbey this morning to share the βwild worshipβ we do at school with people from across Leicester and Peterborough dioceses.
Simply stunning! My βRachelβ rose has continued to bloom all summer.
Thank you, my daughter did well and the return to work was fine too. X

It would be really useful and such a great opportunity to have your say! Iβll be lobbying at the #LabourConference on behalf of #NATRE this October and would love to speak to your local Labour MP about all that we need answers to! Hereβs your chance!! πβ€οΈππ½
Spent time this morning at the immersive art exhibition at the Now Building at Outernet, London. As part of it we were immersed in Rembrandtβs Storm on the Sea of Galilee. #TeamRE
