He just returns when we have Liverpool coming up in our schedule. Reminds us all what a class talent he is then disappears again for 4 months.

Agreed, it was a top performance.
Definitely. Completely self inflicted today. Would be great to get Lavia back soon so we can rest Caicedo. Other than suspensions, don't think this man has missed a game this season.
I was stunned that the goal stood. I remember when we got knocked out of the CL because they ruled out Alonso's goal at the Bernabeu because the ball slightly grazed his finger before he scored.
100%. Something off about Caicedo since the Arsenal game he got sent off in. He's not been himself.
Caicedo has been out of sorts since the red card vs Arsenal. Today was a stinker from him. Despite that and the costly mistakes, we still should have won this comfortably. Hopefully this result doesn't derail out momentum.
Lol guilty.
9 times out of 10 that performance yields a win. Keep playing like that we'll beat most teams in this league. Keep playing Acheampong. He made a mistake and it cost us but this is the time to show faith in him. Start him again next game.
I think everyone but Caicedo were pretty good.
We cannot get the fully developed top class CB we know Acheampong can be without allowing him the grace to make mistakes even if they sometimes cost us points. Caicedo had a stinker today but otherwise it was a good performance from everyone that should have yielded a win.
It's time to make peace with this. Arsenal are winning this title. It's happening. City are more likely to finish 6th than catch them.
There is no way in hell the United States under the Trump regime can host the World Cup in a few months.
They are murdering citizens in broad daylight, threatening war against NATO, and lawlessly kidnapping children and foreign heads of state.
The world has to organize a boycott. Itβs not safe.
Regressed since his rookie season. Don't know what's going on with him but he's not it.
I'm still sat here stunned at how that afcon final unfolded. Every tournament we're subjected to the most absurd and diabolical situation and we say 'only in afcon' lol. This final was the most afcon of all afcons. Absolutely mayhem. Honestly still can't quite believe what I witnessed.
These Rosenior memes are going to be with us for a long time and they are absolutely hilarious lol. I like the bloke but some of the stuff he says are just cringe beyond belief. "Man. Age. I'm ageing men". Please sir, for the love of Drogba, what are you saying π
He's been off the boil since the last Arsenal game.
It's like the looney tunes over there. Even the most absurd scenarios can happen and be justified and explained away with the most stupidly absurd justification that everyone knows makes no sense, but it is said with a stern voice and straight face and somehow the media just say okay and move on lol
AOC: βI understand that VP Vance believes shooting a young mother of three in the face three times is an acceptable America that he wants to live in, & I do not β That is a fundamental difference between VP Vance & I β I do not believe the American people should be assassinated in the streetβ
Maresca did this and that is why Rosenior is here. He's not going to do anything to rock the boat, this being his biggest opportunity he's ever had. He's going to toe the company line. I'm rooting for Rosenior more than any manager since Lamps.
Lamps had Rudiger in the wilderness. He wanted to leave. Granted we did have much stronger squad with more experience. But nobody on this earth thought that season would end in a CL win. I was mostly joking tbf but it's football, you never know.
Also 4 years ago. We were 9th when Lamps was sacked, and with players a few of whom nobody in the fanbase rated or even knew much about. Obvs there's orders of magnitude of a difference between Tuchel and Rosenior's credentials. But similarities are there.
Sack a coach mid-season in the midst of utter chaos and a team in free fall but somehow end the season beating a much superior team in the CL final. Its Chelsea heritage at this point lol.
We're winning the CL this season. It's just what we do. In the midst of utter chaos, we emerge with a CL trophy. Not that Clearlake and Eghbali deserve it.
See what I mean. Easy to just watch the games, pick the positives, not over dwell on the negatives and keep it moving. I've found football and Chelsea far easier to enjoy without twitter. Best decision I've made in a long time.
I do feel we sign too many players, similar to the men's team in a way, but we have very good players not getting much of a look in. Nusken for example, was a top player for us for a few years, suddenly out in the cold, getting cameo mins. She looks destined to want to leave soon too.
Must be a mad situation to find yourself in. A U21 coach, calm, enjoying Christmas with the family, all of sudden on the touchline in a Chelsea v City match and you're coaching against Pep lol.
Chelsea fans always had a fondness for a meltdown and finding things to be negative about even when things were good. I remember finding myself trying to defend Tuchel the summer after we'd just won the CL. Can't imagine what shenanigans goes on there with the current situation π
It's been about 18 months since I deleted my account there. Never been happier. Even following Chelsea has been calmer without seeing everyone in meltdown every week.
One rule for them, one rule for the rest. There's nothing really anybody can do to stop them. They're the biggest military power and the biggest economy the world has ever seen, and they have a lunatic in charge. Nothing covert or subtly implied like in the past. He flat out says it's bcos of oil.
I'd love to say yes π
