im so glad to be done with school, my time spent reading has skyrocketed in the past week alone despite starting my new job already !!

i did not think about the page count of the books i picked up last weekend, and i’m now really not in the mood to read ~500 pages 🥲

i was telling my sister about my goodreads account and i mentioned that it’s how i best keep track of my 200+ book TBR

so….. i did not realize that a normal person does not have a TBR that big 😭

my bookstagram has started gaining followers out of the blue and i don’t know how?? maybe i’ve been able to post a little more since classes finished? but i don’t have a consistent schedule by any means and my content has absolutely no aesthetic

i dont get it, where are they coming from 🧍‍♀️

wish me luck, i haven't even started working for today but i can feel myself crashing out already 🫡

i’m about 20% through a sci-fi/fantasy ARC that i was kinda wary about cus it has an enemies to lovers trope but like…. shit, i can already tell it’s gonna hit different and we’re barely getting past the enemies stage rn 👀

The Raven Scholar by Antonia Hodgson HIT SO HARD and is going to be a strong contender for book of the year for me. It had EVERYTHING and mark my words, this book is going to take the fantasy book spaces by STORM. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paperback copy of Anxious People by Fredrick Backman

Finally got around to finishing this one! Somehow, Backman makes this book very quirky and emotionally heavy at the exact same time. I constantly thought I had the plot figured out, but every chapter revealed a new layer. The chapters were also very short, which made this hard to put down. 📚💙

i hurt my back getting out of bed this morning, and i think i now understand what it means to be a true adult
