Overview of CIRTL’s activities
Our T&L enhancement manager Laura Lee works with teaching grant holders around recruitment processes, setting up codes, navigating ethics, procurement, budgets, reporting. These grants are a really great way to get experience as a PI. Laura very much puts the R in CIRTL.
Nurturing post docs to take the giant step to PI. #researchleadership We find small teaching grants helpful for academic staff to cut their teeth in hiring practices, managing budgets etc. Often the first time they’ve had this experience. www.embopress.org/doi/full/10....
