Finally,eight weeks after the flu struck me it starts to look like running again. Combination of reducing my add medication and my brand new Hoka Skywards got me almost back to the tempo and heart rate I ran last year.Those Hoka's really feel amazing, it's like running on trampolines! #running #hoka

I'm back! 2 weeks after being struck down by the flu. I haven't been ill for 6 years but oh boy, this was some serious 💩. Tried 2 times to start running again but had to rest after only 3km. 🥴 Today was much better although still slow compared to what I'm used to. It can only get better now.. 🌞 #run

Ready to go to work after a nice Sunday morning run. The one thing I don't understand is my heartrate. One time I run with an average heartrate of 140bpm.. today, just a little faster, and I reached 150 after only one km. 🤦‍♀️ Am I the only one with this problem or is it common? #running #fitover40

Jij leeft ook op grote voet! 😁 Helaas stoppen ze net als Nike bij 44,5. Wat helaas te klein is voor mijn Jumbo voeten. Voorlopig enkel Hoka, maat 45 1/3 zit perfect. (Normale schoenen heb ik een 44.. 🤦‍♀️)

Nice.! En helemaal jaloers op die lage hartslag. Mijne springt meestal na 150m al naar 130bpm.. 😅

My dopamine shots. Every other day I run my 10.44km lap to keep my ADD brain happy. Today through the rain and freezing cold but still fun! Tried to run every km a little faster.. 💪😁

A freezing and slippery morning run.. As long as I ran in the sun it was ok but the parts in the shade were really slippery. 🫣

I call it art.. did a photo shoot using fluorescent paint and a blacklight.. So much fun and luckily the paint washed off easily.. 🤭
