It's complicated, but entertaining, I'm only slow learning blender though. I just wish I could do better art for my projects and dreams.

Oh before I forget there is some encryption add on needed in order for exporting though, but that will pop up when you try to export, I forget the name of it, but it shouldn't be hard to find.

It's a program that used to be called toonz, it was used by studio ghibli and worked with the series Futurama. It's open sourced, but it's a bit different in the user interface so it takes a bit of getting used to if you do frame by frame animations.
