For my cryostat folks: we're trying to section some PFA-fixed, TFM-embedded brains at 10 um thickness, and were having a rough time of it. I've spent the majority of my career cutting 20 um or thicker, so this isn't my forte. Any do's, don'ts, or other tips you got?
