Yes, she was asked by Lucy McBath of GA about the deplorable conditions at a facility where one of her constituents is experiencing horrid conditions. The family of the man was in the room and were asked to stand. Noem said the facilities all operate at the highest standards 🙄

I did not listen to the Noem hearing but for a passing minute.
