After WW2, the allies forcefully repatriated millions of Russian soldiers and Russian prisoners of back to the then Soviet Union. Many were imprisoned or killed. Shameful then and would be shameful again.

Sorry Jaap, but not agree here. The benefits of EV to society both on CO2 and also important air pollution reduction, would warrant providing extra benefits. Not to have more parking in total, but EV parking instead of ICE parking.
