I've always loved cooking for crowds, but Jeff Cooke let me take it to next level. At This Little Pig, I got to cook in a real restaurant kitchen. I got to explain why a kid from Pembroke is making Burmese tea leaf salad, tom kha gai, and turnip pakoras with mint chutney, among other things.
