We are at war. The United States picked this war with Canada, but mark my words Canada will prevail.

Now, let us rise, united in purpose, and declare with one voice: the True North shall remain free!

Let our unity and resolve serve as a beacon to all the world that Canada is not a nation to be cowed or conquered. And let those who would seek to impose their will upon us know this: we are unbreakable, unyielding, and unwavering in our love for this proud dominion.

And so, I say to all Canadians: this is our moment. Stand firm, shoulder to shoulder, as the True North strong and free. Let the winds of our determination sweep across our land, from the rugged coasts of Newfoundland to the towering peaks of British Columbia.

For if we fail to meet this threat with the full measure of our courage and resolve, there will be no Canada left to govern, no future left to secure.

Let us be clear: whatever disagreements we hold on matters of domestic policy can be resolved in due time, but they are meaningless if we lose the very country we fight to protect.

A dangerous force, consumed by fascist ideals, seeks to impose its will upon us, to strip away our sovereignty, and to shatter the freedoms we hold dear.

Now is the hour to summon the strength of leadership worthy of the people you serve. Set aside your differences, stand as one, and defend this great nation against the shadow of tyranny rising from the south.

To every Canadian, no matter your faith, your creed, or your political persuasion, I urge you to rise above division and stand together. To our leaders—Pierre Poilievre, Mark Carney, Jagmeet Singh, Elizabeth May—I say this: now is not the time for bickering or petty disputes.

In this nation, we enshrine healthcare as a basic and sacred right, not a privilege. And here in Canada, we see our diversity not as a weakness, but as a mighty strength—a foundation upon which our future is built.

We are a people who cherish the dignity of our way of life, where we honor the wisdom of our elderly, care for the sick, and ensure that our children walk into schools with hearts full of hope, not fear. In this great land, we hold the lives of our children above the cold instruments of violence.

As Canadians, I call upon you all—men and women from every corner of this vast dominion—to set aside our quarrels, our divisions, and unite as one people under the banner of this glorious nation.

Donald Trump, hear this clearly: Canada is unyielding, unconquerable, and unapologetically free. And so, with the unwavering might of a proud and sovereign people, I say to you—stand down, or face the unbreakable will of the True North strong and free!

To this, I say, 'No!' Canada is not a commodity to be bartered, not a territory to be claimed. We are not the “51st state”, nor shall we ever be. Any attempt to undermine our sovereignty will be met with the full force of Canadian resolve, for while our numbers may be small, our spirit is mighty.

But now, our sovereignty—a sacred trust entrusted to all Canadians—is threatened. Threatened by a man who understands neither diplomacy nor respect, a man who seeks to impose his will with reckless abandon: Donald Trump.

From the battlefields of World War II to the noble endeavors of peacekeeping, from the open arms of Gander’s residents to the resilience of British Columbia’s aid during global crises, Canada stands as a beacon of hope and solidarity.

We are a people of strength and passion, ready to defend this glorious dominion with unyielding determination.
Across the world, Canada’s name is synonymous with compassion and honour. In the face of need or peril, Canada answers the call.

Canada, a youthful nation in the grand sweep of history, yet one of great pride and resolve, a land united by the rich tapestry of its citizens. Polite, yes; kind, indeed—but let no one mistake our courtesy for weakness.

Just reading the comments here renews my faith in society. Canadians AND Americans standing up for what’s right. It’s much different from what you see on Twitter.

I will accept any American who wants to fight to protect Canadian sovereignty.
