I think back on this past year of ups & downs, & political insanity. I bite my tongue, I use my voice. Gratefulness & compassion. Holding my breath yet reminding myself to breathe. May we learn from this past year, maintain our sanity, & find some inner peace. Happy New Year, new & old friends.
