No idea why the caffeine thing happened but the gluten thing turned out to be celiac’s disease.

So I used to be a heavy coffee drinker and then I started getting panic attacks whenever I drank it. I’ve pretty much cut out caffeine at this point. I also had to cut out gluten I was getting random stabbing pains for a year and after a test my doctor told me it was gluten. Been better ever since.
