At the Supreme Court a pro-gun lawyer said we can't know the Framer's intentions about taking a gun from a person using a dangerous drug, since the drugs didn't exist when the 2nd A was written.
How about using that argument on the guns themselves? Why assume the Framers would be okay with AR15s?
