But I feel like that’s perfectly normal when your strongest work voice is essentially internal. Public spats unseat you pretty fast, hardly makes sense to have them before moving on when you can have them after; and the private ones, that actually get things done, aren’t reported because obviously

I haven’t really had the energy to cultivate a profile here.
