That's not true. Just being on X, reading tweets, is recorded activity that they use to set rates with advertisers. Having an account - and especially just the act of logging in - is giving money to Nazi Musk.
"Canada does a lot more business with us than we do with Canada" is a perfect encapsulation of Trump's stupidity on the topic of trade. Simultaneously complaining that we steal $200B from them and that we're meaningless to them. Two lies rolled up in a third lie.

Someone on X pointed out the scant coverage of Ron Johnson saying 9/11 was an inside job. The press assumes Republicans are crazy and malevolent, so when they say crazy stuff it doesn't get covered. But they assume Dems are competent & sane, so any data point to the contrary is treated as big news.

At one point, each candidate was able to ask 1 other candidate a tough question.
All 3 other candidates targeted Carney.
When it was Carney’s turn, he said “I guess I’ll ask myself a question too…”

The reason we have multiple leaders on stage is a good one: we aren't just choosing (indirectly) a prime minister. We're returning a parliament with members from several parties.
This isn't a presidential debate. It's a parliamentary leaders' debate.
It is cancelled, and it is 100% thanks to Ezra making a scene and getting into fights. I’m in the room.
The Rebel have (I counted) no fewer than a dozen people in this room. There’s no journalistic rationale to send that many people.

CBC just reported Ezra Levant and another journalist got into a shouting match backstage at the leaders debate and now Levant is claiming the Debates Commission is shutting down the entire post-debate media scrum altogether
