I've done this whole rodeo a few times (60th time lucky? ...please?) though this time I'm also seeing a therapist for my disordered eating.
The hardest part is, I can't abstain from my addiction. Ya gotta eat... so I have to learn to engage in an addiction with moderation.
I had over 900 calories remaining in my day this evening, and it took actual effortful convincing mentally that yes, I was in fact allowed to enjoy a burger (that still left me with 160 to spare!) and EVEN STILL I feel weird and guilty about it like I used to when I was just chronically over eating.

Even with the weight coming off consistently (and fast), and apps saying my nutrition is more than acceptable...
My relationship with food is SO fucked that I find myself having to convince myself it's okay to eat normal foods. That I'm not "going back"...

For example, this is what WestJet considers a "First Class" ticket. I paid $1000 EXTRA round trip for first class cause with my back problems and size, frankly normal seats just don't work for me. On the part "operated by WestJet" this is what that got me. The same fuckin' seat with a white headrest
WestJet is legitimately the worst airline I've had the displeasure of flying with. Flow with them probably at least once a year for like 10 years cause they're one of the only options for where I tend to fly.
