I have heard that Birds Eye Bulls Eye can prevent Musculoskeletal issues and I definitely don't want that.

As a guy that spent many years renting and moved 16 times in as many years, my advice for book collectors is to make lots of friends and don't skimp on beer and pizza.
A neighbor had a "10 Reasons Guns are Better than Women" list in his truck window, and we were sure to skip that house on Halloween.
Sometimes nonprofit leadership can be incredibly frustrating. Tonight was one of those nights. #501c12
Wow, that is a unique process.
Spotted @colsonwhitehead.com on the shelf too.
Jim Sinegal is such a role model. He built a profitable company through long-term relationships with customers, employees and vendors based on trust. More companies could do this, but they chase short term profits instead. #costco
Don't put your hand in that.
Oh I didn't know you were a sprouter. Do you have a favorite seed source? I mostly used Sprout House when I was growing them regularly, but haven't grown a batch in a couple years. But we've been eating a lot of salads and had discussed starting this up again.
Sour cream to chimichanga ratio is approaching 1:1.
I use the Finch app to set little goals like these, so there's just a little bit more motivation to make it happen.
Small clusters of white flowers. The blooms are pink when closed, but open with white flowers and three small yellow stamens. The leaves are dark green with light yellow edges.
The first fragrant blooms of spring, daphne odura. #garden
If companies get refunds on the tariffs they payed, that's just going to boost their profitability. The only company I can even imagine refunding customers for what we overpaid is Costco. If they do, it's going to solidify customer loyalty for a long time.
I realized I have not been keeping up with my soup skeets. This week my wife made a portobello mushroom soup with tempeh and chicken gizzards that was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time.
๐ถ There has never been, such a happy day in merry old England. ๐ถ
This is like when Stephen and Katie Miller got together.
That's amazing. With Amtrak you always have to pay extra for flexible tickets and then its not uncommon for trains to be sold out. And outside of regional commuter rail, anything more frequent than 6 hours is a dream.
A tolerant spouse is a definitely a key ingredient!
One of the trains I rode last year had very old rolling stock. While the seats get reupholstered, the color scheme in the bathrooms made me think it was likely to be 50 years old or more. Can't wait to ride the upgraded trains @alanthefisher.bsky.social shows here.

That's a great book - lots of cool ideas in there.
Once I got the state involved, suddenly they were able to understand that it was a medical coding mistake. Outside pressure makes a huge difference. Hope you feel better soon.
I don't know what state you are in, but you likely have an insurance regulatory body that can help. I had an insurer refuse to pay for preventative care for supremely stupid reasons. I wasted so much time on the phone trying to explain that acid reflux and colorectal cancer screenings are unrelated.
When moderates accept a position on the right edge of their personal Overton window, it validates that the right edge of that window can move further right. When liberals reject that strategic position, how mean! Liberals are bad! Moderates then pull the left edge of their window to the right.
This is a great thread. I would add that there is a lot of Overton window gamesmanship where conservatives and moderates often pretend to be less in agreement with the far right when in polite company. Accept that strategic position or reject it, either way there is a reason to move to the right.
It looks like it's time for @effies.bsky.social to go ahead and post her short story again. #botsallthewaydown
Apparently Kings Circle Church is bringing in a Pray The Gay Away guest lecturer at the end of the month because the good lord has instructed them to never just mind their own damn business.
How to compliment a weak-sauce Democrat when they stand up for something:
Also, since when do you need an ID to board a train? I rode Amtrak couple weeks ago and they didn't even card me to buy beer in the cafe car.
I had a client once who was furious that our invoicing system would email him late-payment reminders. The indignation over getting emails, while we were working without getting paid on time, was just unreal. Some people are too entitled, and they end up losing their support teams.
The expedition is getting desperate. People are throwing things aside.
