This is why it makes much more sense to give them extra money directly, rather than to try to administer welfare through tax deductions.
If you complicate the tax code by adding exceptions, you make tax collection much harder by giving the rich levers to game (the rich can afford concierge doctors to get falsely diagnosed as disabled) and reduce revenue collected per dollar spent on the IRS.
Further, this can only help the elderly
I strongly dislike it. My diet is pretty close to vegetarian so I don't feel very bad. Vanilla soylent is much tastier than oat milk to me.

i'll happily eat whatever when I'm with other people, but it's just obviously true that ice cream is better than every other food and chocolate milk is obviously better than any other drink. i don't know why anyone with free will would downgrade. you can get variety with different ice cream brands.
