Today was almost an epipen day. After coming home from routine allergy shots, I had a severe reaction (hives, rash, throat was getting questionable). Took the incorrect amount (too small a dosage) of anti-histamine. Fortunately I live within a 8 min walk to the allergist, but what a scary morning.
