I'm not wild about the base building or repetitive MMO-style quests in Dune Awakening, but I am loving it as an Arrakis simulator: dodging sandworms, managing water, doing the slow-blade-through-the-armour thing, and looking at cool Dune stuff.

Enjoyed this demo. A game about using cartography tools to map a border. Really fun, snappy dialogue, nice art, and an interesting historical setting. Reminds me of a Nintendo DS puzzle/adventure game, with a little hint of Pentiment too.

Old photo from the PSM days. Debug PS2s were so temperamental that we had to give them names to reflect their personalities. They all had their own quirks and flaws and weird sounds they made. Some would run certain games, others wouldn't. Not pictured: Tom Cruise, the one that always worked.

Just finished the hot new game everyone's talking about, From Russia With Love (2005). Would love someone to do another '60s themed Bond game. The last level was the best: a big, proper Bond villain's lair full of lakes of lava, ostentatious architecture, and bad bastards in jumpsuits.
