What I think I want is a running club that doesn’t run together. Like: meet for coffee/beers at X time, by which you will have finished your run, and then we can debrief over the runs.

(FYI the right pay would be whatever LinkedIn would cost to buy, and then I immediately would turn it off)

So last Sunday I ran 48kms. For a variety of reasons I have no photos of it, but I do have a video of me running away eating cake.

But it’s all in service of one of the most amazing youth centres, and if you think running 48kms is impressive maybe you could sling Step Forward a few quid.

So I am running the London Lea Valley 50km in March and trying to raise some money for Step Forward - a youth centre in Tower Hamlets, Kiddo attends their LGBTQIA+ group and it's been such a brilliant and supportive space for them, which feels so important when trans youth are under constant attack.

Not all men and all of that but I am so sick of men, and especially men interviewing other men on podcasts.

Trans people are at risk because the UK have banned trans youth healthcare, and adult HRT pathways are unfit for purpose. If you want to stop DIY HRT or 'black market trans hormones' then lift the fucking ban and make all types of HRT free and accessible through NHS GPs. It's not rocket science.

Does anyone have any good peer reviewed resources on eating disorders and disordered eating in Autistic women (not girls, not adolescents). I would be particularly interested in anything that specifically mentions orthorexia* or endurance sport.
