… in Death Valley? The term is subjective, and there isn’t a clear distinction between a really great bloom (which this season is certainly providing) and a super bloom. From what we saw in late February, I think there’s a case for calling 2026 one of the exceptional super bloom years

One of the intriguing things about (this part of) Porto is that there are these remarkable old, decaying buildings… many of which are, it seems, starting to be fixed up and repaired.
