It's convenient though! Jugs feel huge and then they take up so much space in the recycling whereas the bags get used to and are less plastic. And because the opening is tiny the milk is fine for the length of time a bag lasts 😅 cause there's only 1.33L in each

Hey, Canada is way better than either of those! And after a long winter of negative temperatures it feels practically balmy

I at least converted to using kg for body mass a few years back, though a lot of that was because my scale kept switching back to it and I got too lazy to change it and now I intuit my weight in kg

Yeah we're looking at negative temps again after Thursday for next week but at least the projected precipitation is in the couple of cm range snuck which will melt fast and not stick around 😅

Anyway once my egg cracked I used it again for my experiments on a Discord server to see how I'd feel being perceived as a girl online, and it just kind of stuck. Whenever I considered other names I didn't like them as much for myself, so I just kind of rolled with Emily 😅 everyone agrees it suits

Emily was on the shortlist of names for a daughter my wife and I had made alongside Katherine, and we each think we contributed it to that shortlist 😅 the last D&D campaign I played before my egg cracked I borrowed the name for my character, a bubbly necromancer

Always a little depressing creeping real estate listings and seeing a place nearby listed for $1 million and it's like "yeah this is a good lot for knocking over this house & building a mansion, the main use for all the 40-50ft lots here."
