Fortunately, we have centuries of understanding in how to manage non-deterministic systems: humans.

There is going to be a huge line drawn between traditional technologies that are deterministic and non-deterministic technologies like ML models and LLMs. You cannot use the same techniques to operate these different paradigms.

And this is why trying to treat these things as "technology" is the wrong approach.

I've had way more success by treating them like an entry level call center worker. Provide documentation, interaction guidelines, scripts, etc.

You can build incredibly powerful and reliable tools this way.

Now that Elon is firmly in the Trumposphere, though, it's suddenly offensive.

Tesla can't build a store on the reservation without the consent of the residents. It's really no different.

The point is that it's not a white people phenomenon. Using the reservations to circumvent the law isn't new.
