iirc, as a former consultant to a deputy commissioner, since the era of imposed austerity, H+H is a quasi-public agency chartered by the state, with an independent board that cannot be “directed” by CH or Council. I’m not sure code is comparable to natural language in this regard: the probability distribution of next tokens|context in a formal programming language is inherently narrower than in e.g. conversational English. But that also might be 2023 mindset given the velocity of improvement these days.

There’s actually a really good scene here on agentic engineering (check my recent follows or @dollspace.gay’s “AI Knowers” starter pack) and a lot of actionable, if less bullish, talk on LLMs in pedagogy; I’m less tuned into the latter, only because I don’t teach.
