I think the last proper vacation I took was in 2024. Otherwise it was moving, schooling, moving again, finding work, and getting a job that doesn't wreck my mental health.
I'm going to find out if I qualify for PTO and hopefully take a week off to just get back to myself. I miss me.

I feel like I'm going to need a vacation soon. My body is giving me signs that it's time to have extended rest time.
I know I shouldn't complain, as I only work 4 days a week but I'm a dental assistant so the standing for 8 hours a day & masking all day w/patients and coworkers is very tiring.
