What if we all had unions half as strong as the police do?
They defanged it but it's still up for consideration in TN. If passed it will remove all meaningful due process from having tenure and allow the state to put faculty on leave *without* pay while an investigation is being performed.

I am begging: Do not learn how to do activism or organizing from social media influencers. Do not join massive unvetted Signal groups promoted by “revolutionary” influencers.
If you want to be an activist, you need to be embedded in local community with people you know and trust.

Harvard has officially closed its office for LGBTQ life. They folded it into the office of culture and community.
There are affinity support offices for veterans and religious students but not for LGBTQ students, students of color, or women.

It's never really about your "tone" it's about the fact that you said something they didn't want to hear, and in fact don't think you should even have the right or audacity to say to them.
Don't worry about how you come across when you are saying the truth. There is no approved way you can say it.
