The latest figures show that 99% of customers have now been reconnected. Around 23,000 customers are without power as of 2pm this afternoon.

Our members have reconnected 768,000 customers today thanks to joint working between more than 1,000 field engineers and control room teams. 177,000 customers are without power as of 3pm. Teams are working to support customers right now.
