I think it's shitty to minimize the work of contractors, they should always be credited
however I think it's also kinda shitty to minimize the work of the core team, usually having done years of work, by equating their efforts with contractors who spent orders of magnitude less time on the project
It's been a months of job/contracts searching now. Still absolutely nothing despite weeks of interviews, 3 stage interviews with lots of waiting in between, just for a rejection answer.
So yeah, if anyone has a job for me. I do UI/UX, 2D art, I can draw cool icons and animate stuff 😎.
I think it's time to start using 'Autonomous Character Action Behaviours' instead.
