1. The wine market is hurting significantly due to tariffs. This singular move is hurting the most.
2. The jobless market is much worse than the government is saying.
3. Discretionary spending is down

Many diagnoses, still, are made by clinical diagnosis. This is by determination of a subset of symptoms along with a history of exposure. The problem is that SOME people do not believe in the virus or illness at all, and so they don't believe a syndrome exists.
It's a real condition, if only by observation. It takes years for science to figure out the molecular basis, but even more difficult in an environment of science skepticism and lack of NIH support of Covid research. Ideally, it leads to effective treatments or cures.
This is going to have to be vetted. Though it makes some sense, it seems more speculative than confirmatory.
Hopefully the voters of Arizona will decide that stupid, reckless, and/or crazy is not an acceptable choice for Governor.

I'm going to go on the record and say I wholeheartedly agree with this guidance. I believe youth w/ gender dysphoria should explore medical options for treatment but not surgical. Surgery is irreversible and can create significant physical issues later. No paywall.
