On June 24, 1994, the Shreveport Pirates hosted the Baltimore CFL Colts in a preseason game at Independence Stadium. Here's a picture of the stadium scoreboard published in the Shreveport Times. This was a few weeks before a court injunction prevented Baltimore from using the name "Colts." #cfl
