I remember seeing The Monolith Monsters on my local channel's Sunday Great Show when I was eight or nine year old and somehow recognizing that this was sci-fi aiming a little higher than my little brain could handle. 😀

I think I've maaaaaybe had two appearances of Stilt-Man ever in all my years of comic collecting, but I was aware of him, I had 3/5 of the BAF from the Spider-Verse figures, and I realized you could stack sets of his leg components to make him as tall as you wanted...

We've had a day to pull a few things together, so here's a thread some more targeted info opposing the potential national book ban just proposed in the House of Representatives.

I think they might have better luck spending two thousand dollars holding a press conference where they detail who made the key decisions to collaborate with the Trump administration, how and when they were fired, and explaining what would stop that from happening again.

We should reckon with the idea that Americans are so fucking dumb that we booted out the party that saved the country after Covid and created the best economic recovery in the world in favor of a con man who said he would use racism and magic to make everything cheaper and jobs plentiful.

I don’t think people have grasped what it means to have a WH & a military who commits mass murder over and over for the sole purpose of committing mass murder.
