The thing about art is it's all a matter of taste! I'm sure there will be growing pains & plenty of it won't be for everyone, incl myself, nor should it be! Personally, I prefer bold & expressionistic art to the sterile pursuit of perfection, but I prefer to focus on art I love than slam art I don't

I think creating with intention is becoming even more important than it already is in art.

I've found it interesting & not surprising that some of the most successful AI imitations of animation are the ones trying to match "Pixar/Disney" where in many ways it's felt like they have been refining the same style, studying & polishing their last film rather than taking inspiration from life

Something more obviously handcrafted, where the "mistakes" aren't through computation. In animation, more experimental framerates & less focus on a perfect imitation of life. More fingerprints

With all this AI slop everywhere it has me wondering if there will be an artistic response to it along the lines of how painters reacted to photography. Will we see, for lack of a better word, more idiosyncratic execution, less polish & refinement towards a singular goal. More expressionistic.
