It's because MGS2 AI is wayyyy smarter. I'm so glad MGS2 is finally kicking in for ya. It's still my fav besides MGS5.
It's also why The Twin Snakes is both easier and harder than the original MGS1. You have the utility of MGS2 but the difficulty of MGS2 so it has weird balancing problems lol

For me, I've been survivin' on Flonase and Zyrtec-D. Normal Zyrtec never did anything for me and Flonase is the best nose spray I've ever taken.

I truly want to like the game, and granted, I'm only four hours in.
But oh my god. I'd be lying if I didn't say it didn't feel like a drag to play. I genuinely don't know if I even wanna keep playing.
It's very unapologetically a SUDA51 game aesthetic wise, but gameplay wise, I kinda hate it.

I will say also, I'm beyond disappointed with the game itself.
Terrible audio mixing and god awful performance aside, this game just doesn't click with me at all.
It feels like they threw in as many mechanics and shit to keep looking after on your space ship just to pad out game time.

I understand the sentiment even if I don't agree at all with it. I believe in creative liberty and making the character however you want.
You also have to remember that a lot of artist draw them for the sake of "the popular character" rather than "they love the show too" which isn't bad either.
