OK I have actually been learning about this because my 10YO wants one to plug his Nintendo into. CRT nerds seem to focus on JVC, Sony (best!), Sharp and Toshiba.

It was deeply strange, like finding out they make baby cigarettes. With all the Kidz Pop covers I’m like, “Why are you singing about romance? You are 11 years old and couldn’t possibly relate.” It feels wrong. Does this make sense?
