Estou obviamente só a falar do check da idade.
O chat control é uma outra terrivel hydra na qual não me ouso a falar. Parece ser a soma de todos os medos.
Agora, em relação à CMD para check da idade... meh.
Do que vi até agora não me parece que a nível de informação seja uma grande diferença daquilo que tinhamos até agora. Se for por favor apontem-me para onde no projeto de lei isso está, porque do que li diz exatamente o contrário.

O estado já pode pedir o chat de qualquer pessoa a qualquer plataforma não encriptada. As redes por seu lado sabem mais sobre nós do que nós.
já não venho aqui muito, mas parece-me que os portugueses por aqui - mais tecnologicamente informados - parecem muito preocupados com esta coisa do check de idade.
Não vou falar da minha opinião a nível da medida em si. Vou apenas dizer que entre a CMD e as redes sociais só vai ser passado 1bit.
Do que li nós não vamos fazer login nas redes sociais com a CMD. O login é feito como sempre na plataforma de login do estado (como acontece no portal das finanças se escolherem fazer login com CMD) e depois as redes sociais só podem pedir 1 bit de informação a essa plataforma, se somos > 16 ou não.
