🌊 There is currently a tsunami advisory in San Francisco. Less than 24h until our wedding.

Hopefully the advisory lifts beforehand. We're about to do vows surfing or something.

🍴 I've been pretty burnt out with my calorie deficit at 1200 daily intake the past ~6 months. Today is the last day. Can't wait to get a little bit of energy back.

75 My Way Recap On finishing the 75 day fitness challenge I set upon myself.

75 days ago, I put together a set of rules to follow to put me one step closer to a fitter + healthier me.

TLDR: I now drink more water than I used to (also in part due to my new, favorite water bottle) AND I lost ~10+ lbs.
