I am SO PROUD to introduce the Albuquerque Indian School Act, which will transfer almost 10 acres of federal land to the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and NM’s 19 Pueblos.
This will support the IPCC’s work supporting indigenous communities and celebrate Pueblo culture, sovereignty, and resilience!
Either way, tho, my very strong view on this has for a long time been that "conscious" and "has moral agency" are importantly different concepts, and that "is X conscious" is both intractable unknowable and entirely irrelevant to any of the important questions about the technology
