10/ Why it works: hate and crime thrive where people feel isolated. A watch makes the community louder than intimidation. Keep it boring. Keep it consistent. Keep it legal.
9/ Build it fast: start with a tight footprint, recruit 5–8 core people, set a private comms channel + simple incident form, pick 3 weekly time blocks for 2 weeks.
8/ What you DON’T do: chase, detain, fight, confront, or “investigate.” No cosplay, no patrol gang vibe. Step back and call it in.
7/ What you DO: support the community. Escorts on request after services or events. Help people get to cars, homes, or transit.
6/ What you DO: report properly. 911 for in-progress danger. Non-emergency for after. City services for graffiti, broken lights. Log report numbers.
5/ What you DO: document safely. Date, time, exact location, what happened, direction of travel if needed. Photos only if safe.
4/ What you DO: visible presence at key times and places, parks, school routes, community buildings, transit stops. Two-person rule, always.
3/ Real talk: in my past life, the neighborhoods I avoided were the ones that were organized. People were outside. They noticed. That presence changes the math.
2/ A watch is not a militia. It’s neighbors who are organized, present, and paying attention. Mission: Deter. Document. Report. Support.
1/ Neighborhood Watch Starter Kit for any community dealing with hate graffiti, harassment, intimidation, or vandalism.

OTD in 1925 Adolfo Kaminsky was born into a family of Russian émigrés in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His family emigrated once again when he was seven years old, first to Paris and then to the village of Vire, in Normandy, where he worked in his uncle’s dye shop.

This is the final poster. Once I have locations and dates/times, I'll update the website which the QR code takes you straight to.
This goes along with my thread about the Protocols of the Elders of Zion and my new protocols of what to label haters.
I have to reach out to community centers and places of business to see if they'll let me drop off donation bins for canned food and non perishables. Then I'll add a date and update the website with drop locations and hours.
How does this look?
Anyone...
