Did you catch the Pokemon Direct last week? The last announcement wasn't exactly a surprise but we still love it! All the starters look cute and we can't wait to play the game ourselves next year.

The problem with clients using AI slop for references is that THAT slop image is so locked in their minds that our artists had to recreate that. Gone with individual creativity.
And the clients also get an unrealistic expectation of how much time is required to create good human art.

We did this art back in 2020 to celebrate Simone Lim being one of the youngest Pokemon champions back then. We gave her family the full res artwork and I think they printed it on t-shirts to cheer their daughter on!
