I’m past the castle.
It’s bizarre but I think I love it. The RE4 vibes hit hard! I’ve no idea what’s going on with the story. It’s so out of left field compared to 7 and I’m waiting for the story to give me that “aha” moment. It very much feels like Ethan is in a dream so far.

There was so much to love about RE7. The first-person camera was a stroke of genius. The Louisiana setting was amazing. I loved that it was filled with puzzles to figure out as you avoided the terrifying Baker family!

Absolutely nerve wracking at times and I played the majority at night, in bed on my PS Portal. Fuck Marguerite.
